PRE-SEASON TRAINING
Please note Pre-Season Fitness Training will commence:
· Seniors Starting 23rd November
· Juniors Pre-season and trials* Starting 15th November. Refer to our social media channels for updates to training.
To be considered for the 2023 Season, you must attend at least one training session.
Junior Training 5.30 - 6.30pm
Senior Training 6.15 - 7.15pm
*Note: Junior and Senior grade trails are subject to registration numbers.
